Chemical Peels
Traditional Peels & “Lunchtime” Peel
Chemical peels deeply exfoliate the skin to reveal a new brighter, smoother layer beneath. This treatment removes the outermost layer of the skin triggering an acceleration in cell turnover and boosting collagen production to help improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity, improve acne scarring and melasma, and lessen the appearance of pores. Our medical grade peels are more concentrated than over the counter options making them more effective at delivering the best result! Our traditional peels deliver the most dramatic results but the “lunchtime peel” can be great option for those who don’t have time to go through the full peeling process. Our provider will create a customized peel plan for your skin type, aesthetic goals, and lifestyle.

FAQs
-
Downtime varies by peel depth.
With our Lunchtime Peel, you may experience slight pinkness or tightness for up to 24 hours, but there's no major peeling—most clients return to normal activities immediately. Results are typically visible right away and continue to improve over the next few days.
With our Traditional Peel, expect mild redness for the first 24 hours, followed by visible peeling starting around Day 3 and lasting through Day 7. During this time, your skin may feel dry or tight. You'll begin to see results around Day 7, with continued improvement over the following one to two weeks.

After your consultation with Kayla to determine the best treatment and depth of peel for your skin, a chemical solution will be applied that exfoliates and removes dead skin cells to revealing a smoother, brighter layer beneath. You may feel a mild tingling or warming sensation during the process. The whole process takes around 30-60 minutes and depending on the peel type, you can expect some redness, dryness, or peeling in the days that follow. As your skin heals, you'll notice improved texture, tone, and overall radiance.
-
The ideal frequency depends on your skin goals, but most clients benefit from a series of peels spaced every 4–6 weeks for ongoing maintenance and glow. We typically recommend at least 3 treatments for optimal results. During your consultation, we’ll create a personalized plan based on your skin type and concerns.

To protect your results, avoid direct sunlight, sweating, and active skincare products (like retinoids or exfoliants) for several days post-treatment. Keep your skin moisturized and wear SPF daily. We'll give you personalized aftercare instructions based on the type of peel you receive.
