Schedule your appointment at least two weeks before weddings, vacations, or special events to allow any minor swelling or bruising to resolve.Stay hydrated
Healthy, hydrated skin supports the best treatment experience and recovery.Avoid alcohol
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment to help minimize bruising.Avoid blood thinners
Unless medically necessary, avoid NSAIDs (Advil, Aleve, Ibuprofen, Aspirin), fish oil, and vitamin E for 5 to 7 days before treatment.Come with clean skin
Whenever possible, arrive with clean skin and avoid heavy makeup. -
Keep the area clean
Avoid touching or massaging the treated areas for the remainder of the day unless instructed otherwise.Skip intense exercise
